By creating a profile and using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

You are 18 years of age or older at the moment of the creation of your profile/visit of our site.

You may only use our services as permitted by law.

Always use Common sense, this site is designed to be a welcoming community and it has the purpose of serving as a platform to promote comedy.

StandUpSquad.com is only a host of  pre- recorded and live broadcasted videos.  StandUpSquad.com assumes no responsibility for the content and material and will not be held liable for the material uploaded by its members.

Pornography is not allowed

This is a comedy site, any form of pornography or fetish videos will not be tolerated.

We will investigate any violation of this rule and your IP could be banned from the site if you are found guilty of violating this rule.  Any illegal sexual videos will be reported to the authorities and StandUpSquad will cooperate with prosecution.

Any depiction of sexual acts for sexual gratification will not be tolerated.

Violent and Dangerous content 

Violent and Dangerous will not be tolerated.

By being part of the Stand Up Squad community you agree to refrain from

causing harm to people or asking members to inflict harm on others.

Hate and Hateful speech is not allowed.  Violation of this rule, will result in deletion from this site.

Harassment & Cyberbullying

This behavior will not be tolerated, harassing a Member or Comedian on this site will 

result in the offending account being deleted.  We will monitor posting boards actively and look into every report of harassment / cyberbullying. We will go by the 3 strike rule.

Encouraging others to engage in this behavior also falls on this category.

Spam / Scam

StandUpSquad will never ask its members for any financial information in public areas or to disclose passwords. Members found attempting to scam or defraud other members, will be reported to the authorities.

Copyright

Comedians will be expected to publish their own material, any reports of Copyright infraction will be investigated and may result in further action.  We will follow the 3 strike rule; if a Comedian is found to be posting other people’s material as their own 3 times, he/she will be removed from the site.

Every posting should give credit to it’s rightful owner.

Privacy

Everyone is expected to have their privacy respected.  Be respectful.

We have taken many precautions and have security products to ensure your information secure and private.  You are free to determine what information you share in your profile and what links for social media you are comfortable sharing with other members of this community.  At any point, you are free to delete your profile.

Impersonation

If a Comedian/Member is found to be impersonating someone other than him/herself, further action will be enforced and it may result in removal from website.

Child Safety

This site will not allow any videos that endanger children or that depict any activity placing children in any type danger real or fictitious (sexual, physical or psychological).  Any videos in violation of this rule, will be reported to the authorities and will cooperate in prosecution of the individuals involved.

Inactivity

Any profiles found to be inactive for a period of 24 months, will be deleted and it’s contents along with it.  We assume no responsibility for the loss of data.

Liability

StandUpSquad.com isn’t liable for any loss of revenue, profits or data, financial losses direct or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the use of our services.  StandUpSquad will not be liable for any damages or loss that is not reasonable foreseeable.

If you are using our site for business purposes, or on behalf of a business, the business agrees to these terms.
